Students are encouraged to explore literature of their choice at home and read for at least 20 minutes each night. Although there is not documentation to track this, we may occasionally have class discussions about what they are reading at home. 

 

Students will be informed of math tests one week before they occur. A study guide will go home one week prior so that students have time to prepare. Students are encouraged to look over the study guide each night leading up to the test.

Spelling tests will occur each week on friday's. These will be self graded. Please check our classroom website for the spelling words each week in the language tab.
